RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The return policy includes a 7-calendar-day return period for the product, providing proof of purchase. The product may only be returned if the product received is not what was ordered, is in poor condition, or there is some other issue beyond the buyer's control. The legal warranty may also be invoked if the product is defective or missing parts or components. Remember to contact us at ivanbejaranostudio@gmail.com before the 7-calendar-day return period expires. The refund will not be issued until the product has been received and inspected in the workshop, as these are collector's items. The product must be complete and in its original packaging.
